Alex Torres- Mosquera

Alex was born in Antioquia, and moved to Medellin, Colombia in 1995. He is currently enrolled in the Teaching English program at the University of Antioquia. Alex begun to learn English while working at a local store that served many American customers. A customer noticed his interest in the English language and gave him a basic English book. He read it until he learned all the words in it! He loves languages and besides his native Spanish, he speaks fluent English and French. His dream is to become a Language teacher.

Alex is currently hosted by the Heaneys, and will stay with them for the rest of the year.
